COVID - 19

The World Health Organisation has declared the COVID-19 virus a global pandemic and we here in Singapore are currently in "Phase 2" mode where we are able to meet clients subject to compliance with safe distancing and other government health regulations. We at Joanne L. are monitoring the Singapore government’s guidelines and will observe their advice and regulations.

 

In addition to our usual private appointments, we are pleased to be able to organize video consultations with you over Zoom or Skype, chat with you over the phone and send you photographs of sample jewellery.

 

We are continuing to take orders for jewellery although there may be some delays in customized items. However, we are taking steps to ensure that your dream jewellery pieces are brought into reality as soon as possible.  Ready-to-wear jewellery pieces are still available for immediate sale and delivery. Jewellery pieces which are sent out to you will be disinfected prior to leaving our studio and our premises and all items tried on during private viewings will be disinfected immediately after the viewing has ended.  In the interest of your and our safety, we regret that we can only receive 2 persons per appointment.
